Stick to Toni & Guy for much better service at same price! I was relatively satisfied with my cut and colour but the customer service falls well short of what could reasonably be expected. I needed to have my cut a week before my colour and while I did not expect a blow dry, I was rather horrified at being expected to leave the salon with soaking wet hair (the stylist refused to rough dry, so I asked for the dryer and did it myself). The colour itself was not as good as Toni & Guy (even though the price was the same), no toner was applied and when I explained that T&G dot some base colour around the crown, I was informed that this would cost a further £48, which struck me as excessive.T&G have expert colourists rather than stylists dabbling (but charged at same cost) so I intend to return to them for my next cut and colour, for a better outcome and much better customer service.
