What do you love most about your job?
We love helping our customers get the most out of their 3D virtual tour - whatever their space. Every client has different goals and requirements for their 3D virtual tour - and we love making them happen!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Copy and Space was started during the covid lockdown of 2020. Museums, shops, and real estate were suddenly off-limits. We began to consider how great it would be if such spaces could be explored from the comfort of our homes. 3D virtual tours seemed a perfect solution to these problems.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We do need to visit the property or space in order to take scans of the space. However, this is done in a covid safe manner with as little disruption as we can manage. We then stitch the scans together to produce the 3D virtual tour - this part is done remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a covid-safe business - we will do whatever is required to ensure our customers feel protected.
Matterport 3D Virtual Tours
Our 3D virtual tours provide an all-in-one immersive solution to virtual tours. Users can seamlessly explore spaces in a single model through a 360 virtual walkthrough and a 3D dollhouse view. We offer a range of tour customisations to enhance the viewer experience and allow you to get the most from your tour. These include information hotspots, menus, branding, booking systems, and floor plans.
Google 360 Virtual Tours
Increase your customer reach by showing your business premises in 360 on Google Maps. Our Google 360 virtual tours showcase your business location by providing a tour on Google Street View. As they are linked to your Google business profile, they hugely boost your search engine optimisation and online presence.
Measured Surveys
We have recently purchased a Matterport Pro3 Lidar Scanner so we now also offer Measured building surveys to an extremely high degree of accuracy. We can produce point cloud data, CAD plans and Revit BIM models. As an architect with years of experience surveying wonky old buildings, we are well qualified to produce existing drawings and BIM models.
Architectural Services
As well as the founder of Copy and Space, I am a UK-qualified Architect (ARB, RIBA III) specialising in the use and reuse of historic buildings (ie. barn conversions, and listed building renovations). I also work on residential projects such as extensions and reconfigurations.
For residential projects, I work locally (North West London) and for projects with my specialisation, I will consider travelling UK-wide depending on the project.
