Nice hotel, very fancy compared to other hotels. There is a train track right outside my window, and I didn't even hear when a train went by! I was on tour with my chior and we had 3 people to one room, and there were 3 twin beds. But, this hotel has 12 floors while I am on the first floor. So, when I want to get to the ground floor, the elevator is already full. I could not find the stairs, but I know there are some. Make it more clear... More...

We had a beautiful room club executive. Was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. Hotel lounge spacious and air conditioning with a little shop in the foyer. No problem with lifts worked fine for us we were on 11th floor. Had lovely surprise wen we returned to our room chocolate dipped strawberries. Delicious breakfast very polite staff. Reception staff always smiling. Fab experience More...

I'm here on a large tour with the Illinois Ambassadors of Music and they have been excellent at getting everything ready for us with breakfast for 253 people and helping us out when we've had questions. The rooms are nice and cozy and a great shower that always has hot water. If you don't have an adapter, don't be to bummed because they have at least two plugs for USB cables (my room did at least). The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had an awesome time in this hotel. More...

Location, location , location. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Kensington Palace and its awesome tour including Princess Diana's dresses is just round the corner. The hotel's restaurant has tasty food and authentic fish n chips. A good place to stay in a central location. More...

U.S. traveler - While the rooms weren't super renovated, the area felt safe and the bed was comfortable. They had usb outlets so I did not need my power adapters. It was close enough to all the popular areas to get there easily by tube, but far enough to not have to deal with insane amounts of people. Great location. Rooms moderate. Reasonably priced. I would stay there again. More...

We stayed for 3 nights and had a really great deal (for hotels in London at least). We booked without breakfast, so I can't review on that.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very tidy and we had absolutely zero complaints.
From the outside the hotel doesn't look much but don't let that fool you.

Huge room size for a London hotel. Very clean and well decorated. Price is pretty fair, and affordable for the amazing quality of service, cleanliness and size of the room. If you are up for a little walk you will find the earls court subway station less than 10 minutes away, however the walk to the hotel is a very pleasant one. Overall I would no doubt on staying here again. More...

The rooms are the biggest I've seen anywhere in London (in the price range), so that's good. Walking distance from local transportation and restaurants. Great staff. Very pleased.

My friend booked a cream tea with finger sandwiches. The hotel is tucked away and as a non-Londoner I found it a walk to get to. Maybe a taxi was in order. Very nice decor inside and helpful reception staff. It took a while to be seated but we were picked up by presumably the manager of the restaurant who seemed miffed his customers weren't being served. The food was good but not exceptional. The tea went cold quicker than expected. We asked if we could move seats which they happily accommodated. We had a lovely time talking and sharing stories but as time went on we got the impression we had over stayed our welcome. We enjoyed ourselves enough to order prosecco as an extra but we again felt we were there too long for the staff. 50/50 if we would do it again. More...

Hotel itself is a bit dated, comfortable and clean rooms. Kettle, iron board, fridge and aircon are standard. Windows don't open though. Bar open until midnight. Asian fusion restaurant in house. The hotel is situated in the middle of Kensington, close to the underground station, Marks & Spencer's, Boots and eateries. 10 minutes walk from the park. Couple of pubs close by. More...

Stayed here because of it's proximity to the Royal Albert Hall. We were very impressed with the high standard of cleanliness of the room and other areas, and the friendliness of the staff. With on site restaurants and a coffee bar, the hotel offers a good choice of eating options. Will definitely be returning on our next RAH visit More...

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are both friendly and competent. I feel that aesthetically the building is not very appealing and almost looks fairly budget. However I believe that the great service coupled with the location definitely add to the hotel. More...

We rented the venue for 200+ ppl for a prom like party. Spacious, nice looking. Within walking distance of tube stations. Only issue was the lack of seats, which I'm sure can be arranged if we asked so not much to complain about really.

Really nice hotel, staff seemed friendly enough, rooms were standard but fully equipped with tea making facilities, a fridge, TV, hair dryer and toiletries - only thing that isn't get the full 5 stars was that the toilet flush wasn't working the best but we dealt with it for a night! :P
Lovely evening meal in the Brassiere restaurant - would definitely recommend and also try the Cocktails in the West 8 cocktail bar - really nice & yummy!
Good location with a short walk into the high street

Stayed for two nights and although there was a problem with our room the manager sorted it out immediately. We went to the Brasserie the first evening but didn't fancy what was on offer but again the staff suggested the Bugis restaurant which was also in the hotel. The food was exceptionally good.
Breakfast was also very good - buffet style but with a wide range of food.
The rooms are dated in style but beautifully clean.
Would I stay again? Yes I would.

Stayed for one night on Saturday 28 October. Excellent reception staff facilitated an efficient check in. Good size room and clean bathroom but the bed was a queen size so smaller than I would have liked and no biscuits .
Good varied choice at breakfast, although it could have been hotter. Then again there were a LOT of people to fed so the kitchen did a really good job getting the food out.

Rooms: Not sizeable, but well furnished. Has everything it could need for a short stay, a few days. Comfy beds, but smaller blankets than I'm used to. Maybe bring your own, though only in winter? Bathrooms: lovely. Only complaint, toilet is difficult to flush, but has the best hotel shower I've ever seen. Fridge: does its job! Safe: same. Room service is friendly and fast. Breakfast is provided, and I recommend it. Buffet style, many choices. More...
