Emma has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. After having other estate agents come in at low valuations, Emma came in with her expert knowledge of the local market and achieved a sale of our home in less than a week at a much higher valuation than the other local estate agents suggested, all for a very reasonable fee too! The advert and pictures Emma composed were to a very high standard and showcased our home to it's full potential. Great experience throughout. Emma was fantastic from valuation to 3 viewings inside 48 hours. On the 6th day Emma managed to bag me a sale, full asking price no messing. Throughout the whole sale process Emma kept me up to date on how things were progressing. I can not recommend coppenwall estate agents enough.
