what a setting for a wedding, couldn't fault the place or the staff, nice to see the staff happy in there work, organisations was great and very tentative to our requirements(Big thanks to Tom) food was beautiful and plenty of it, Bar was reasonably priced, just had a fabulous day and evening would definitely recomend it to anyone for a venue.

Absolutely stunning building in beautiful countryside. My daughter had a wonderful wedding there though I do remember a lot of the guests complained of the very bloody steak, virtually raw. For a large number of guests it would have been prudent to have the meat done to a ' medium' stage.In conclusion, a wonderful venue for a wedding but do discuss the menu in detail before booking. I had my wedding here on the 16-11-19 I cannot fault this place in any shape or form I booked two years in advance and they were helpful from that time onwards My wedding day was amazing and even better than I even possibly thought it would be and this is down to the great team off Coombe lodge they could not do enough for you Food amazing Staff amazing Venue amazing for photos Rooms amazing They decorated the house with all my wedding stuff amazingly I left them in charge and they made it all look amazing 100% recommend this for your wedding venue not one off my guests have said a negative word either about Coombe lodge Thank you for making my day care free and special

I had my wedding here a month ago here and it was so nice they served food, drinks let us have our wedding photos there and it was just as I hoped we even stayed over night there in the hotel rooms and they provided free champagne and strawberry's in the room the atmosphere was lovely and bubbly and everyone who worked there was so helpful I would definitely go here again maybe for the next wedding... xx

Unbelievable venue and staff! Had the most amazing day! Nothing was to much and they checked throughout the day that everything was going as we wanted. From the minute we stepped into this beautiful venue we knew this was the perfect place for us to get married. We were made to feel very welcome & while we sat & talked with the wedding planner we watched the staff set up for that days wedding. The staff have everything organised to the last detail, they are very professional & nothing is too much trouble. Our wedding was in May this year & it was perfect , everything we imagined it to be & more. Tom & his team did everything on the day for us just as we had planned , Tom was so calm & helpful & just the best, I’ll never be able to thank him enough for all his help, particularly his sewing skills !! Well What can we say! Exceeded expectations throughout on Service, food, and the venue sells itself of course! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Myself, my wife and all my family and friends complimented everything at Combe lodge! We got married at Priddy Church and by the time we got back from photos across the Mendips everything was in place and clockwork! Tom particularly was wonderful! On the day during dinner helping his staff! Here there and everywhere always on hand to help with kindness and professionalism! Thankyou all the staff on the day! There was never a doubt in my mind I wasn’t not getting married here.. it was convincing my other half that i had to do. . as you can imagine it took no convincing at all! The venue speaks for itself, everything about it is beautiful. Every single person we dealt with from start to finish were amazing, nothing was too much hassle. The food... WOW (that white chocolate mouse, best dessert ever!) Clara you were amazing! Throughout the whole wedding just popping up making sure everyone/ everything was ok and most importantly we were ok. We had the most prefect wedding day here last week. The staff were amazing, the food was the best we have ever had at a wedding (everyone commented on it) and the scenery and dressing of the venue was second to none. As a wedding band we get to see a lot of venues and Coombe Lodge is up there amongst the best. There is plenty of space inside the house, guests can either dance to the band or chat in another room. As far as we are aware there weren't any noise limiters which meant the music was at a suitable 'party' level. All the staff were super friendly and helpful to us and the guests. The pulled pork in the buffet was amazing. If you are looking for a country house wedding with plenty of privacy and space we recommend Coombe Lodge. Oh yes it was also lovely and warm inside for an old house in March! More...

Went for a friend's wedding, beautiful venue. The food and staff were excellent and the bar was reasonably priced. I stayed on site at the Garden House, a little bit chilly in the bedroom I was in as the seal on the window was knackered but was quite nice other than that.
