Chris and all the team at Consumer Grass were spot on from start to finish. Chris did a viewing of our decimated lawn on a Saturday morning and got us booked in as soon as possible.
Initially were told mid June which was fine. Chris then rang two days later and advised he could squeeze us in sooner.
Advised a date when supplies and skip would arrive which they did and advised a time when his team would be on-site on the day which they were.
Friendly, professional lads to carry out the work which they got stuck in and got the job done. Even the dog didn’t mind them in his back garden.
The lads did a great job with the install left everywhere clean and tidy and us with a rejuvenated garden.
Effortless communication for start to finish backed up with everything being done and completed when it should of been. Would highly recommend.

What do you love most about your job?
We love the look on our customers faces when they see the finished result. Quite often our clients have very tired gardens which have been heavily affected by pets/kids or even things like trees sapping the water away and shading issues. The difference it makes not just visually but from a lifestyle perspective can be huge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw that artificial grass was becoming more and more popular together with the fact the grass quality was improving immensely so we thought why not! It has been the best decision we have ever made.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our primary focus is on happy customers. Without this you will always struggle. We make sure the journey from the initial phone call to the final hand off is second to none. Constant communication combined with a talented/courteous and thoughtful workforce are key elements to our success.

All gardens are different, we can give rough estimates based on pictures but for an exact quote you will need a visit by one of the team.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The teams have masks which we will wear on request, our team are also trained on vulnerable customers. Hand sanitiser is available should we need to enter the house for any reason. Lastly, we work outdoors so not affected as much as trades that spend their time indoors.
Landscaping
Our core business is artificial grass but we also provide comprehensive paving and fencing solutions as part of our complete design packages. All our work is done in-house and we do not subcontract to third parties.
