Where do i begin, well, josh the man is super helpful. As a first time buyer i was naturally worried and confused as to what the process was but this absolute champ of a man talked us through everything and helped us every step of the way. his calm and friendly approach is what really made this experience almost enjoyable and the fact he is reachable whenever you need him is just an ace quality.Josh should be the big boss man and teach people how to help and best advice others on what the steps are to acquiring you're ideal home. Every time i speck and mean josh he is always smiling and willing to go to 200% to get whats best for you and not just worry about the pennies going to his pocket. It was a very big ugly looking mess when we decided to buy and not rent but smooth sweet talking josh made the whole thing easy as pie. without josh i'm not sure we would even be in the postilion we are now. i rate my time spent doing business with josh especially 10/5, just a nice chap and a good mortgage man as he has come to be known. Both myself and my husband have been exceptionally impressed with the team at the Bury st Edmunds branch.
The reason we chose to go with Connells was when Laura first came out to see us, we felt that she really listened to what we wanted and was not at all pushy, we felt that Connells we're very person centred which turned out to be the case.
Connells sold our house very quickly and at the price we wanted.
Howard has been so helpful throughout and put a lot of hard work and effort into getting us a quick exchange, despite facing a few challenges!!.
Communication was very good throughout.
I will certainly be recommending connells to anyone I know who is thinking or selling their home.

I have bought and sold a house before and I’m so glad that I walked in to Connells this time, from the minute I have met Joshua for mortgage advice to currently going through the process of buying a house he has been brilliant, kind, caring and supportive. He has also been extremely flexible to fit in with my hours and needing things at very short notice. He gives brilliant advice and does not push or force you in to things, everything was made clear because a lot has changed since I last purchased a house and he is always happy to go over things with me.
