Awful company - avoid!! Order took two and a half months to arrive, zero communication, continually phoning up to chase order and each time was told someone would email me back, which they never did. The worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Never again and avoid at all costs. We bought a product from them in early January that should have arrived within a few days.
One month later and it still hadn't arrived. I rang up on a Friday in January and was told we would receive a call back by the following Monday. We didn't receive a call or email. I phoned the business landline time and left voicemails on a forwarded mobile phone service several times, but still they didn't reply. I rang up a few days ago and spoke to a young guy who said that someone had rung us and spoken to us and agreed to refund the amount. The amount was refunded, but that call was never made - they are liars. The guy I spoke to blamed COVID because suppliers weren't issuing orders and didn't have the stock. Here's a thought - if you don't have an item in stock, don't advertise it - that's fraud. They are fraudsters and liars, who will take your money and lead you on, then have the audacity to lie to your face. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The chap I dealt with could not have been more helpful, and I would certainly buy from them again with confidence.
