After joining PCAP, I became more connected to my child, who I thought was very well connected. My child has become more confident in conveying his thoughts.

Services

Play therapy is a safe therapeutic space for a child or young adults to work through their issues and challenges through a range of play mediums under the watchful and professional practitioner.

The room will be kitted with art materials, clay, puppets, masks, figures, sand tray, books and various materials a client can use for role playing, movement or storytelling.

However, Play and Creative Arts therapy is not just for children!

When words alone are not enough, sometimes we need different ways to process and express how we feel. You can choose to talk or do more creative activities (even if you don't think are the creative arty type). Play therapy offers a powerful medium for working with adults with complex trauma because play addresses areas of social, emotional, and cognitive development compromised from chronic interpersonal trauma exposure.

Parents are the experts when it comes to their kids!

PCAP is a gentle play-based approach to help children in their mental and emotional development. It is designed to allow parents to be the agent of change in the process and as a result, improve parent-child attachment quality and relationships in the long term.

See how play will change both of your worlds!
