Connect Nursing Ltd, firstly, they make your joining them very pleasant, guiding you through and they are very open, no hidden charges. Your training is arranged with your convenience in consideration. Your availability determines your rota and they are very willing to cover when you can't make it, so that makes me rate them very humane. The managers treat you like an individual not a number, even as they promote team spirit always. Connect have many clients so there is high chance that you will be regularly engaged and by the way rota is always four weeks in advance, having received your availability beforehand. Connect Nursing work hard to have good rapport with their clients.There is always an on-call manager so your concerns will always get attention even out of office hours, client and staff alike. connect nursing is an agency that took my heart compared to other places that I have applied and worked for. When I contacted Connect Nursing to find out if they have a vacancy for me as as a support worker? They talked me through their recruitment process and assured me that even if I have experience in nursing homes they can give me specialist training to work in the community as one to one. When I finished registering with them I have been supported with mandatory training and all the specialist training I need to work with my assigned client. I travelled all the way from the northeast to start work with this company I was sent to a client in Cambridge had a 4/5 hour drive TO GET THERE another care company turned up I rang office and was told to just leave I explained I had driven all this way and was told I was here for 2 weeks ( she didn’t care) then had to drive all the way back to northeast all at my expense contact with the inadequate case manager was via WhatsApp (bad attitude) didn’t care less STAY CLEAR no regard for you what’s so ever!!!!
