What do you love most about your job?
We are a nurse-run care provider with the additional support of a consultant psychiatrist and other health care professionals. We Have a combined experience of over 40 years working in health and social services in NHS and private sector. We also have experience working in hospitals and in the community. Quality care provision with care and compassion is in the heart of all we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Due to our own personal experiences dealing with illness and death, we understand how important it is for people to live in their own homes and receive the best quality care from truly kid and compassionate staff. We therefore want to make a difference in people's lives at the time they need it most.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are not just any care provider who see this as a business, but are registered nurses and Doctors who want to impact lives and understand what safe and good quality care looks like and should be like from the point of view of the service user.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We ensure that we follow regulations relating to staff testing. We encourage our staff to be vaccinated, we provide the appropriate PPE for the to ensure there safety and that of our service users and we make she that they receive the required training in relation to infection preventions and control and Covid-19. We ensure that our staff and service users are kept up to date with Covid-19 related issues and best practice for staying safe.
Live-in Care
Live in Care is an alternative to having to move from your home to a residential home or large home care support packages which are charged by the hour. The support provided may be permanent or short term.
Live-in care offers a solution to people needing a lot of support so they can remain safe whilst living at their home. Our carers live alongside the person in their home and provide care interventions at times agreed with the service users. They will provide personal care, meals, basic cleaning and companionship
Supported Living
We understand the importance that suitable housing with the right support plays in overcoming mental health challenges.
We offer a range of mental health support services including: supported housing, supported housing with care, respite care and community support and floating support to give our service users the best possible opportunity to live as independently as possible in the community. Our service users are typically aged 18 and over and have a wide range of mental health needs.
Mental health is something that we can all relate to. Our management team and team of nurses have over 40 years combined experience working within mental health services
