What do you love most about your job?
At Concord Care we are compassionate about care of vulnerable people. Our mission is to humanise home-care. We believe high quality care is compassionate towards clients and their families, and we work with organisations and care teams to find ways to improve the quality of care of each individual.This means giving real choices and encouraging customers to stay in control of their lives without the pressure and expense of moving into a retirement home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being working in the care industry for many years, I wanted to open my own care company to make a difference in peoples lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small family run business with 10 years of experience.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have policies and procedures in places for infection control and fully trained Care Workers on COVID 19 regulations. For example, use of PPE's and risk assessments.
