What do you love most about your job?
I have gained many years experience in the role and love it when we know people would be in their new homes, without our involvment. Knowing that you have changed your life for the better sounds corny, but its also true.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to run my business, even as young boy. Outside of my family, its the thing I am most proud. Its great to have bought something into being that impacts on so many peoples lives.

Yes, we have offerd secure portal and video technology since 2010. Also, the back office team can work from anywhere as we use cloud based telephony and data systems.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We already had a disaster plan set up and so this swung into action during in the first lockdown. We can still operate fully inspite of the pandemic.
