It is so rewarding to see the transformation in our clients from when we start with them. and their improvement in being independent. It is also great to get feedback from our clients' family as they also notice the improvement in their family member's overall well-being.

Inspired by being able to make a difference in an industry that affects us all and wanted to be able to make a difference in someone else's life.

CCS have providing care in the community for 19 years. As a result we understand the importance of providing person centred care to provide the best service to our clients.

Normal care services can't not be provided remotely, however we can offer a telephone check in service to ensure client is alright.

All of our staff do regular Covid tests and are also vaccinated. All of our staff have a constant supply of PPE.

Palliative, or end of life care, is specialised medical care for people with serious or terminal illnesses such as a type of dementia or advanced cancer. The support focuses on providing relief from the symptoms, pain and stress of a serious illness – keeping you as comfortable as possible. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for both the patient and their families and friends whilst reducing the emotional effects of illnesses.

Domiciliary care is for anyone who wants to stay at home while receiving the treatment and or care they need. This type of care can be beneficial to people of all ages. This treatment can include recuperation, personal care. medication, convalescence, and rehabilitation, amongst other areas.

Our fully trained carers can provide medical support including catheterisation, convene, PEG feeding and suppositories, to name just a few. All our caring staff are managed by our team of clinical care nurses who will work with you to create a unique care plan – making your life easier as you receive care in your home.

We also work closely alongside district nurses and occupational therapists when required to ensure that we are able to deliver care that meets your specific needs – whether it be disability care, types of dementia care, nursing care or even companionship care.

Sometimes events can happen so fast that families are left wondering how they will cope. Whether there’s been an accident, a sudden illness or you’ve been let down by your current carer, we’re here to help at the last minute.
