I don't know of any agency that doesn't keep in touch with the clients just as they are, I've been asking them for the key that accesses the back gate for more than 1 year and I still don't have it, and now Friday (16/12/2022) at 3:00 p. m. realized that the boiler is no longer working and I no longer have heat and hot water and they do not answer even though they are open until 17:00, they do not have an emergency number where I can contact them. I would not recommend this agency at all, don't turn up for the appointments, when there is an issue with the property they don't attend to it in good time. Not a pleasant encounter at all.

I have just moved out of their managed property at Coventry. It was nice clean apartment in a really convenient location. Several issues were reported during my tenancy, none of which were attended to. One issue included the malfunction of extractor fans in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The fact that these were not replaced/repaired illustrates how little the owners cared about the property. We took the property because, although it was far from pristine, it was fully furnished and allowed pets. with On leaving, the agents reported a litany of problems and in an attempt to avoid repaying our deposit ascribed them all to our pets rather than to normal wear and tear.
