Great experience, had an issue with a blocked toilet that persisted for nearly a month and nothing would shift it. Charlie managed to sort it out in only a few minutes, and was very professional and personable. Would recommend!

I have boiler breakdown insurance but the National company were unable to look at my boiler until March 2021. I found Charlie’s details and called him Monday morning. He had responded and visited within an hour. He was able to see very quickly what was needed but had to order a part. As it wasn’t available straight away, he lent me a blow heater so we could heat the upstairs.Charlie came back today and fitted the part which means I have hot water and heating.Excellent service, covid aware and safe, friendly and approachable which made a difficult and cold situation easy to fix. These Guys are Fabulous. Genuine Good guys .. The guys had turned up for a job in Our street. I was in a bit of a dilemma a simple boiler Error E119. .my landlord wouldn't see to job as we are going for right to buy and they cease all non urgent jobs .. Anyway the guys turned up and I cheekily accosted them asked if they would help me... A cheeky grin leaned out van window and gallantly said they would help .. They even took their shoes off They sadly couldn't fix the job as im missing A Filling Loop explained how to fix the loop and which screw to turn.. Off I went to get Filling Loop then had a problem as it had other attachments..again the Guys help ..it was nice to hear people laughing..albeit at my expense but all in great taste ... With the advice they gave i was able to solve the Error code. It was a pleasure to meet both guys.very grateful for their help.. Safe to say I have stored Complete Plumbing Heating in my address book ..I've got plenty of work for them when we've completed the sale of the house Guys Thank you so much. More...
