At Complete Pilates we offer individualised 1:1 physiotherapy-led equipment Pilates sessions. Our instructors have specialised skills in treating and rehabilitating you after injury, surgery, if you are in pain, have just had a baby or for cancer rehabilitation.

Great instructors and superb facilities, but really useful to be able to bring the medical side in too for injury treatment/recovery (which I need more than I should from playing football).

At Complete Pilates I felt that I was listened to and the class was tailored to
both my needs and abilities. The instructors listened to my questions and gently pushed me to challenge myself without going overboard.
