This is now the second time of using this company having previously used them to insulate my conservatory roof, so was very confident in using them again to replace all the windows on my property having been satisfied with all previous work installed. All work was carried out professionally by the 2 workmen, nothing was too much trouble and they were very obliging. On completion cleaned windows, Hoovered up, and took all the old windows away. Very prompt response to my enquiry, followed by great communication throughout. Guttering, roof dry verge and rubber flat roof to conservatory were all done perfectly with no delays, no complications, and no mucking about. I couldn't face the hassle of chasing multiple quotes from other firms - especially since some firms (unlike Complete Home Solutions Staffordshire) simply ignore online enquiries. So I don't know if the price was higher, lower, or the same as other firms - but my sense is that it was a good price for the work done (which included scaffolding). Used this company as they were doing another job in my street for one of my neighbors which I knew. So we decided to use them to replace a window and door on my property. The communication of this company since the order was placed has been fantastic, we had a phone call to discuss the weather situation and to pre arrange installation dates and also txt to confirm that the job would go ahead the day before, this is something that has never happened with previous company's I have used in the past. Installers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, protected the carpets inside and began work straight away, they didn't stop until the job was finished. I contacted this company when I saw there advert on Facebook to give me an estimate on having my conservatory roof insulated. It was arranged that they would call me after I got back from holiday which they did and arranged an appointment to come and take a look at the job. We had an in depth discussion with regards to the materials to be used which I was shown samples of and explained the purpose of them. They also gave us the availability of time which I was also happy about so gave them the job. The workman arrived on time both days, was very courteous, hard working, clean workers, nothing was too much trouble for them, also removed all rubbish, conservatory was very clean all throughout. We had Complete Home Solutions to fit insulation to our conservatory roof this week and we could not be more pleased with this company.
From the initial quote when Michael came to see us to the moment the van drove away, the work was carried out to an excellent standard. Great friendly local business and at a very competitive price and I will not hesitate to recommend Complete Home Solutions to everyone.
The lads came to do the work very promptly and worked very hard and straight through even though it was an extremely hot day and almost immediately you could tell the difference once the insulation was installed. They not only carried out the work to a very high standard, but cleaned, tidied and left with the job spotless, We're delighted.
If I could give a rating to the company and the people who work there it would definitely an A++

Had my Conservatory insulated roof completed by this company yesterday. The reason I have chosen this method is that there is no planning permission required for this way and also the work is completed in one day. The installer stayed here until the job was complete.
