New Router and Static IP problems coupled with CCTV : called BT they didnt have a clue. phone CCC and Khurshed after finishing his dinner promptly logged in remotely and identified issue of CCTV, and also fixed issue with HIKVision on my mobile phone. Asked for our comms cabinet to be cleaned up, our previous IT provider had left it a mess.

Hi , Just wanted to say how amazing the service was when our laptop and PC broke down. It was pretty scary as we couldnt get them to come on and the fear of losing all the data was immense.
WE called out of hours and the service was 100% perfect. Mr Khursheed Shad logged in remotley and fixed the error and recovered all the data on our computers.
WE are now in the process of taking out a contract for support .
