Location is very good. 3 mins off M60 motorway, 5 mins off Hollinwood Tram stop, cafes and restaurants minutes walk and Tesco round the corner. Great Management, and staff are always helpful, 24 /7 security patrols.The office I have is fully renovated and the communal kitchens and toilets are always maintained, you just know the owners of the building are not afraid to spend money to look after it the way they have been doing, always an improvement we get to see! I was a tenant there for at least 2-3 years. I had to leave because of the awful customer service I had to put up with. From management down to reception I was treated like dirt. I could no longer trust the people who work there. The place is ran like a joke really. Raiyhana who is currently part of the "management" is extremely unprofessional and rude and only wants to create confrontation in my experience. I had a flood which was the second one in 6 months. They don't spend any money maintaining the building so the whole place is falling apart basically. Every maintenance job ever carried out there is a complete bodge job.After the major flood due to a burst water pipe which caused me huge problems they only offered me a measly 3 days free rent which was an absolute insult considering the inconvenience and the damage caused. On top of that I had expensive items go missing from my office which I can only assume were stolen from my office by security as they went in to my office while I wasn't there to assess the flood damage. (this is after kicking my door in because they didn't have a spare key!) They didn't seem willing to help and were only concerned about if I had paid the rent for that month and threatened to withhold my post and not let me in to the building if I did not do so. Regardless of the fact I had over £1000 of damage and over £200 of stock go "missing" and no acknowledgment that anything was going to be done about it.I could literally go on and on about the ineptitude of this company. Bad Management the building Manager Rhyiania is the most incompetent supposed to be Manager you will ever come across she is so unprofessionall at her job she is rude and arrogant her language is disgusting has no idea on Staff Relations,Customer Relations or Tenants needs thats why theres so many problems at this place all she is intersted in is creating problems between staff members e. g.backstabbing ,mixing not proffessional in the slightest. Visited here recently looking at office and storage space, I was shocked at the lovely modern reception/waiting area, greeted by a lovely pleasent lady on reception , the staff who showed me round were more than helpfull and accomodating to my needs offering me hot refreshments on arrival , they gave me all information that I required and was more than happy to answer any questions that i had . I would definitely recommend this facility to anybody it is situated in an ideal location for major road links and has an onsite cafe . More...

Beautiful building, great place to work in. The business centre staff Management are very helpful and we are always welcomed pleasantly, Location is very ideal close to M60 motorway, and lots of food places to catch on your lunch hour!! always a pleasure !!

This is a very large converted mill designed into offices. This is a centre for small business. Office units to be had here at normal going rates of lots of different sizes.

The opening hours are unflexible, but the mill is really nice. If you live locally or have your own transport and want a studio style office or unit that you can work in during the day it is ideal. The rent is reasonable. There is shared internet, a variety of unit sizes. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful with the exception of the manager Sean. Sean went out of his way to disrupt my business in my opinion. Whilst the tower can be seen from quite far away, delivery companies often missed the side street entrance. Extra guidance is required.I moved eleswhere to a place that gave me 24/7 access and is much easier to find. Plus high speed 121 internet access and no one dictates who I can or cannot use as my internet provider. Packages in and out are securely locked away and I don't have to worry about them being just left in reception. More...
