I thought Hannah was a friendly and genuine person and I trusted her with mine and my daughter’s hair, I let her into my home and invited her to eat with my family. Unfortunately, neither of our hairs came out the way we wanted and when we told Hannah that, she didn’t offer any solutions to fix the problem, as I expected her to do. Instead, she told us to give it a few rinses and try to “get used to it”. I was too polite to argue and refuse to pay and thought we’d give it a day or two, “sleep on it” and see how we feel tomorrow. But we just couldn’t get used to it, my daughter is in tears and so I contacted Hannah the next day and asked her politely if she could come out and fix this for us. Hannah refused to help us, blocked me on messenger and because she never gave me her phone number, I had no other means to contact her again. I trusted this person and thought she would do the decent thing, as any proper business oriented and conscientious person would do, so I’m lost for words at her reaction. To say I was disappointed with her professionalism and the way she runs her home hairdressing business is an understatement. It is easy to advertise yourself and get a customer to “have a go” once, but it takes a lot more to turn that customer into one of your regulars and to grow your business that way. A true professional doesn’t block their unsatisfied customers, but deals with any complaints and problems constructively. My daughter had her hair coloured today, she actually got the look exactly as she imagined. I am so impressed with Hannah's knowledge and the way she explained everything, she is such a natural in the way she listens and really understands what is wanted. Cannot praise her enough. Brilliant, highly professional service at home. Hannah is so friendly and down to earth, whilst also being incredibly talented, I am in love with my new hairdo and am so glad I have found the perfect hairdresser for me having recently moved to the area.
