What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Cohen Care ensures that all our employees and service users remain as safe as possible during the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak. We can confirm that all our staff will observe the following guidance at all times. We have also introduced procedures to reduce the spread of the virus, these will be updated frequently as the pandemic spreads as per government guidance.
Adult Social Care
Our adult care services support anyone over the age of 18 to maintain and promote the independence and well being of those who require additional assistance with physical or mental health.
Our services are tailored to support and care for your required needs. These may include personal care (bathing, toileting and dressing), administering medication, support with moving in and around your home, preparing meals, household chores and caring for pets etc.
Child Care
Children and their families are introduced to the support staff, because those relationships are crucial in this area of care. We tailor every care plan to suit the child’s needs. The child’s wellbeing is our top-priority and creating a safe environment is required for the child to reach their full potential. Our aim is to ensure that the child and their families are given the best support possible.
Companionship Services
Our companionship services vary for each user. Our caregivers will go above and beyond to provide you with the support you need. It could be that you require assistance with a grocery shop or that you would like a carer to simply accompany you during the day. Each service is tailored so that it is best suited to your necessities.
Non-emergency Patient Transport (NEPTS)
We offer transport to those who often travel to and from the hospital or any medical appointment and require specialist support.
