In 2014 I was in a place where my life was drifting along and my goals seemed unreachable. I had no idea how life coaching would benefit me but I was willing to try as I felt pretty stuck.
From our initial conversation, I felt immediately at ease with Zuzana and found her to be very personable - She knew exactly what to say and ask in order to push me to find the answers within myself. I was also extremely amazed by her ability to make me feel comfortable enough to open up to her. At the end of our 6 sessions I felt a lot clearer about realistic steps I needed to take in order to reach my goals. A few months after my coaching I had a clearer idea of the direction that I wanted to take my fashion business in and I landed a collaboration contract with Asos. All while using the skills thought up with Zuzana.

I have had the pleasure of having Zuzana as a life coach since June 2014. I first contacted Zuzana because I had had a bad work experience that caused a lot of stress.
I was about to start a new job and I was very nervous that I would again face some of the challenges with the new job and end up in a similar stressful situation. I had already recongnised some patterns and areas workwise that I wanted to work with but I had no solutions to my problems and I was quite anxious.
Zuzana and I had a long introductionary talk (via Skype) where Zuzana asked questions to get to know me, understand my challenges, and help me find my own solutions. After 6 sessions the result was amazing. I gained a lot of confidence, improved in the work areas where I had wanted to improve and I also obtained new insights that helped in other areas including relationships and perhaps most importantly in the relationship I have to myself!
Zuzana is an amazing coach and I can warmly recommend her. She is good at listening, not judging, has tremendous insight and intuition and always helps you find your own solutions.

The life coaching I did with Zuzana was one of the best things I have ever done. Zuzana has a fantastic way of making you look into yourself and find your own answers. I found this very useful and easier to put into practice as it all came from me. Zuzana has the skills to ask the right questions and allows you to explore your feelings and opinion about yourself and others. What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe, in order to add the most value to the world is to live a life that’s aligned with who you are, your passions and your skills.
Even though I really like my career in advertising I never felt this was the true path for me.
Since I can remember, I always had an interest in psychology, personal development and leadership.
There was a point in my life where I realised that this is who I am and this will never leave me.
I certified as a life coach and have been doing this together with my advertising career ever since. I’m currently working towards this being my full-time career.

I’m a certified Life Coach by ICF accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching since 2014. I’ve had 10+ year career in advertising working for companies like Saatchi & Saatchi, Oliver, Hogarth, Tag working for clients like Unilever, Proctor and Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Colgate-Palmolive and more. For the past 4+ years, I’ve been working on a director level in advertising.
Apart from the fact that it’s been 20 years since I’ve started my journey in studying psychology, mind, personal development and leadership, I also have an M.A. in teaching where psychology and pedagogy was part of the curriculum.
