I am Business and Consumer Behaviour Psychologist (Msc), ICF Certified Life Coach. I am a mum to a beautiful boy, a wife and I guess I can describe myself as a 'Jenny from the block' type of person. I am whole food fanatic, I love to experiment in kitchen, even though I make more mess sometimes than actual cooking but hey, isn't this about having fun?

Help people realize their potential. We tend to look for answers somewhere else, or asking someone for their opinion. We do not realize how much is in us. And that's what I love - I help you find the key to everything that you are looking for.

Definitely freedom and not being dependant, I appreciate working as per own calendar. Plus, I have a toddler with health condition that requires hospital visits, check ups etc now and then. So knowing that I can work and be for him when he needs me is really important for me.

I believe I have quite unique approach, but saying this, there are who will like it, but for some is not what they're looking for and that's absolutely fine :)

Who is this program for?

How the program looks like/what’s included?
• Once a week (45min) 1:1 coaching
• Once a week live call (60min) with me where each week you’ll be coached on different topic (group call); after each call you will receive recording so you can play it whenever you want if you feel like need recap, PLUS extra materials with highlights from each call – I will make your notes so you can fully focus on the call

- Dieting these days
- Everything about emotional eating
- How food marketing affects us and our choices
- Sugar, processed food and overcoming addiction
- Lifestyle change - constant fight with bad habits

I offer 1:1 sessions (rolling contract type) so you don't have to declare how long you want to work with me. It's more, when and how you feel ready to go back solo :)
These sessions are lead by client - so you are the boss you bring topic on table and we work on it.
