What inspired you to start your own business?
After taking voluntary redundancy, I wanted to focus on helping others achieve their goals. It can be a lonely place when everyday challenges hold you back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a deep-rooted desire, authentic approach and the experience to help others. I value the art of listening over talking to understand the individual's challenges. Quite often businesses are driven by financial gains.

I can provide online, remote or one to one. This would be agreed with the individual to suit.

A pre-read of what to expect is provided with some questions to help understand your challenges.
This is followed up with an initial discovery session, (Virtually or face to face) where we work on any agreed actions. This will ensure you get a positive result and the outcome you desire.
This may come in the form of shared resources or homework.
Sessions are effective enough to minimise the additional costs of unnecessary coaching.
