What do you love most about your job?
If I had to choose one thing, it would be the moment I see that my clients believes. That is the moment I know that they will achieve what they were hoping for. I know what is possible when you change your mindset and I know how exciting it is when you make that transition, guiding my clients through that reminds me why I love this job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was a teenager, I struggled with anxiety a lot. I hardly got out of bed and had no idea what to do about it. I managed to climb out of that hole and now I stand at the top in a position to help others to do the same. I knew as soon as life became enjoyable again that there was nothing more important to me than to help others through the journey I had taken. I loved studying about human behaviours and how we change them. So I decided to become qualified and share what I learned with those who needed it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I know exactly what it's like to feel anxious and hopeless, I also know how it feels to overcome those struggles. But most importantly, I know how to get from where you are, to where you'd rather be. I take a very personal approach to coaching, I at no point want any of my clients to feel like a client. This is a journey and I want my clients to feel as if I am right there with them until they do not need me anymore.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Almost all of my sessions are online. My experience so far has shown me how successful online coaching can be. Take away the commute, the new environment and the extra time and be in a space that you know and are comfortable in.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Luckily for me, Covid-19 didn't change much about my coaching in terms of safety as my sessions were all on zoom before the pandemic.
