We recently hired Cleverly Builders after contacting 10 local builders. Not only were they one of the fastest to provide a quote but also have the best price and assurance. They were in before the end of the week to do the job and finished putting a doorway and lintel into our structural wall by lunch time. My renovation was being filmed by Channel 4 which meant that I was subject to really tight timescales so that the house would be ready for the final reveal filming date. Our original build team had messed us around, and was not completing the work to schedule so we had to get rid of them. My husband got in touch with Gary and his team at Cleverley Builders. Gary managed the whole build, making sure all trades were available at short notice including plumbers, plasterers, carpenters and renderers (to name a few). The house has been completed to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone looking to have work done.
