Melak came on time as promised, for the initial consultation and actual installation and liaised with the Builder. He responded to messages, phone calls and emails promptly which I consider to be very important. On the day of installation, he worked hard all day Sunday and Monday. The ac unit inside was installed with the minimum of trunking and blended in nicely with the room.
