The directors of Clemente Care have a wealth of experience in social care.
Whilst we support clients with excellent everyday care, we strive to support happiness, laughter and independence for everyone, be it visits during the day

The care we provide is tailored to each individual clients care needs, independence, lifestyle and hobbies and interests and work with the client and families to get this perfect. 

We are open and transparent to the point that families are able to access the clients records daily, as well as a live app for clients to be able to contact carers when needed.
