Ivy has been a Waking Night Carer for my Father for 9 months now, she has always been extremely reliable, and on the rare occasion that she is unable to come she has organised another carer well in advance, she is cheerful, friendly and is an excellent carer.

Ivy was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and via email and very flexible in her approach. What do you love most about your job?
I like the opportunity to help a variety of people and cater to their needs in any way possible. The journey of recovery with patients is also something I enjoy and performing my best in every situation possible
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy being 1 on 1 with patients and the idea of independence is also something that inspired me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a skilled worker with several years of experience and different levels of training. I am also able to travel to patients homes in order to provide care
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wash my hands regularly throughout my shifts and put on my PPE whenever handling a patient. I also make sure the patient washes their hands and keep themselves sanitary.

I am a professional in health care and have 17 years of experience. I hold NVQ 2 and 3 for Social Worker. My company provides help and care within homes e.g personal care, hospital appointments, catheter care, peg care, tracheostomy care, epilepsy and many more.
