Clear Vision Property is a new and exciting online lettings agent formed by landlords, for landlords. Having previously let our own properties out via local agents, it was clear that the standard of service was average at best and in cases even overpriced. We therefore decided to setup our own property management and lettings agency. The phenomenal success of Clear Vision Property in such a short period of time is as a result of knowing exactly what landlords want, deserve and expect.

We cover the fast developing areas of East London and Essex and our experienced, professional staff all live locally, and have expert knowledge of the areas we operate within and the local property market.

We go the extra mile to protect you. Being active Landlords for a long time and understanding the importance of selecting only the best quality tenants for your property. We only deal with professional tenants who undergo a comprehensive credit check, as well as get employers, landlords and character references.

We drive our business forward by working closely with the landlord. Every landlord we deal with is assigned a designated property manager who will be available for any questions relating to their property. The property manager will be the landlords exclusive and dedicated point of contact throughout the working relationship. We believe that it is very important that a landlord deals directly with the same person rather than dealing with different staff members each time there is a question or concern.
