I'm a fully certified coach with ACC designation, and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I am also a mindfulness trainer with Breathworks, and have completed advanced teacher training.

Coaching and mindfulness both work best through application of action points / exercises between sessions. We will set some realistic targets for you, based on you and your life, and keep reviewing how best to take you forwards.
As well as one to one coaching, I offer resilience courses in the workplace and co-host a membership group for creative freelancers to help them thrive in their personal and professional life.
My aim is to be responsive to your financial circumstances, and for you to consider the value the sessions bring. The sliding scale is between £50 -£80 per session: you decide what’s right for you. I ask that we work for at least 6 sessions together so that we can embed some changes.
I always offer a free ‘chemistry’ session of up to 1 hour where we can see if we would work well together, and for you to ask any questions.
