A huge relief and weight lifted off our family and home yesterday when our first full house deep clean was completed in a day. I’ve been a customer of Cleany Queeny for a few months now and I have to say the service is absolutely second to none! They are so professional and reliable, I have a reminder text the day before every visit and the girls are always on time. The girls are really friendly and have been excellent with the kids on the occasion we end up being home during the visit and getting under their feet! Once or twice the girls have finished the clean before the slot ends and have asked for any additional jobs I’d like done before they leave. We are a large family and the service by CQ really makes such a difference and is a huge help as the standard of cleaning is so high, the house is spotless after each clean and smells fantastic! I was a customer of cleanly queeny but after I complained about a clean where the cleaners left early from my property and had not done some things on the list I had no further cleans from them. I don’t mind leaving early if everything is done and they advise we leave a list which is what I did. I then had cancellation after cancellation every week stating Covid and the following that no contact at all. I contacted them and I was told they will be in contact when they have done the rotas, that was well over a month ago now I would say. Their prices go up every few months also. Rubbish customer service and considering I was with them a while and even left the girls Christmas gifts last year I have literally had no contact from them and basically been dumped as a customer because I complained. At last a cleaning company where the staff do an amazing job! I've had 3 cleaning companies in the past and these guys, regardless of who cleans our home have been amazing. They have been with us for the past 2 months and I love them. I love the fact that they leave a branded note pad and pen, so I can leave them a message for anything I'd like cleaned as a priority, is just brilliant and thoughtful. After having a disastrous mishap of using spray adhesive instead of carpet freshener it looked like my lounge carpet was ruined . ..spoke to a couple of company’s who said they it would be impossible to remove the adhesive , I called Cleany Queeny who offered to try .. with no charge and I’m so happy they have removed all adhesive and deep cleaned all carpets and even cleaned my old rug which now looks brand new .. This company is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They sorted a house a family member had rented. Because of lockdowns and distance from the house, they not only cleared and cleaned the house to a brilliant standard, but also organised skips, a painter, gardener, and carpet fitter, and kept me informed every step of the way. The house now looks better than at the start of the rental. They went well over and above 'normal' for me, I really appreciate them. **Edited to reflect discussion with the company: Following the posting of this review I was contacted by a representative who was very apologetic and advised that the cleaner did not have symptoms at the time of the clean. This is confusing to me as when I was initially contacted by the company the impression I was given was that the person was symptomatic but only after the clean tested positive. Regardless or not of whether the person did or did not have symptoms, I want to make it clear that I do not blame the individual cleaner, but my review is in light of the overall conduct of Cleany Queeny.** Very upsetting experience with this company- please avoid. I received a call from ‘the finance team’ to say one of the cleaners from Cleany Queeny attended our property while knowingly experiencing symptoms of covid-19. The cleaner in question later tested positive after cleaning my home and the homes of several others. Following contact from track and trace, I was then required to stay home and self isolate. This was horrible news as I am an critical worker in a hospital and was forced to step back from my front line duties for a totally avoidable reason. I appreciate that this one cleaner may not reflect the company as a whole. However, I am appalled that no one from Cleany Queeny has attempted to contact me since they first told me about this incident. I’ve received no apology for what has happened or even a refund for the clean! I simply stopped receiving the normal fortnightly text to tell me I had a clean booked... totally unprofessional and very cowardly. More...
