Never again will we use this company. Half of the team left halfway through the job and took all the cleaning products. Carpets were cleaned solely with water and some of the kitchen appliances like the fidge were not even touched. .. My wife and I had to reclean the whole house. Waste of time and money. Scheduled to arrive at 9am, but didn't arrive until just after 11am due to 'traffic' (turns out team had scheduled another job before mine), so disappointing start. Booked for an end of lease clean, service is fine and ticks the box, but nothing extraordinary. Still found areas of dirt in corners, etc. so not 100% thorough, and managed to clear the whole second bedroom in 10 minutes, so didn't clean under the bed, etc. like in the first bedroom - Felt like the team were rushing to leave, assuming they had another job they were running late for. I paid this company £330 to clean my four bedroom property. They arrived on time at 9am but the work was absolute rubbish. They did not hoover the floors properly. They didn’t wipe the surfaces - hair everywhere, water marks everywhere and when I highlighted the issue to the cleaning lady, she said she has another job to do at 12.30pm and left. Bear in mind when I paid, I was told there is no time limit for the job and they will deep clean the property. They spent 3.5hrs doing a completely rushed job and left when I pointed out the issue. Absolutely disgraceful company. And their customer service lady totally useless. When I called to report the issue, She said ‘what do you want me to do? I cannot come to your house and clean it’. I am now seeking a refund, wish me luck. Terrible company from start to finish … collected £330 to clean a 4 bed house… rushed the job in 3 hours and I had to end up cleaning the house myself cos the cleaner said she had another job to go to and left without cleaning the places I pointed out were not done. Water marks left everywhere. Hair and food on the floor, hair on the tables … customer service - don’t even bother calling. They have no idea what customer service means. I asked them to send someone else to properly clean the property property or offer a refund. They said they couldn’t do either and there was nothing they could offer for a disgraceful clean. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company does not provide the service that they say they will. We booked for an end of tenancy cleaning (with sofa and carpet steam cleaning) and they left the flat in WORSE condition than when they left. When I (quickly) reached out to them about the condition of the flat after their staff had left, they immediately got defensive, and never offered a reclean, and soon they stopped responding completely. Luckily our landlady was able to go back in after we had moved and gave it another clean. We were never refunded any money, and never offered a reclean. Your money will be better spent elsewhere. "The bad review you write will make no difference" was the response I received from Maggie, one of the customer service personnel at Cleaningsure after I complained about the poor and rushed work done at my property. I paid £175 for the cleaning of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen and I wish I had read the customer reviews before asking this company to do the cleaning at my property. They are aware of the poor service they provide and they don't care. The cleaners rushed in doing the work and when they said they've finished I used my finger to wipe dust and pointed out places in the property they've not cleaned and they ignored it. The cleaners told me I didn't pay enough money so they left. If you're looking for a cleaning company to do any work for you, please look elsewhere. Complete cowboys. Paid for an end of tenancy clean. Landlord said it wasn't satisfactory as areas were still very dusty and they damaged the carpet. They'll come back saying that I was shown it all but I was whizzed round by the cleaner at 100mph and it all looked fine until I checked closer. Poor standard. Easily cleanable marks left on the floors, carpets not adequately cleaned and told it was because they were poor quality, despite only being 3 years old. Dismissive of concerns and put the blame on us for them not completing the work to a satisfactory standard. Edited to add: my partner was rushed round the flat and was only able to see the lack of attention after the cleaners rushed away, taking with them our roll of bin bags. They have claimed they offered a reclean which we refused, which was absolutely not the case. They said because the cleaners had left, there was nothing that could be done. Absolute scam of a company, they gave us a quote to do an end of tenancy clean to a property that has been empty for over a month (and was cleaned professionally regularly whilst tenanted) - upon arrival, 3 hours late from the booked time, the cleaner apparently could not complete the job for the quoted price because of the condition of the property - this is so utterly ridiculous considering the property has been empty for over a month and was left in a (slightly dusty) but absolutely above average condition for an end of tenancy clean considering I'd been there myself to and have rented properties for years. The agents have since been round to check and have confirmed this is the case. Don't bother booking with these people, they'll turn up late then try to overcharge to continue with the job - because the cleaners aren't up for actually cleaning. Update: They also lie regarding correspondence, nobody informed us they'd be late, they were booked at 2pm and called us at 4:20pm to say they had just arrived and needed to charge more. They did not refuse the job, we told them we wouldn't pay more like they were trying to ask us to, and we asked them to hand the keys back - nobody hung up on anybody so this is another lie. We went to the flat today and it's not in a poor condition, it just needs cleaning (which is why we booked cleaners...) The agents have confirmed the flat is not in need of anything other than what would normally be expected as standard at an end of tenancy clean. Which we knew, as we'd been doing viewings already which would obviously not be taking place if the flat was as bad as they are trying to make out. They also seem to have taken photos to pass around without property owner permission, which I've been informed is not legal, and has been flagged. I appreciate that they wish to retain future custom, but this level of unprofessionalism and blatant lying in order to discredit a genuine review is quite frankly disgusting. More...
