Here at Cleaning Team, we pride ourselves on the high standards and excellent service that we offer to each and every one of our clients, our cleaning staff play a huge roll in ensuring these standards are delivered. This is why we are firm believers that selecting the right cleaning operatives is an essential part of a successful cleaning contract.

To this end we directly employ all our cleaning operatives. They are interviewed personally and references are required and followed up. All cleaners are trained which includes, an induction process, Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments and the safe use, handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.

We endeavour to ensure our staff are given excellent management support and a realistic pay structure. This in turn promotes loyalty, team spirit and motivated cleaning operatives.
