I hesitated to post a review after my first clean with Cleaning Genie, I didn’t think it was possible for the standard to be the same every time and all the lovely little additional touches to be a consistent delight, but they are. Graz’s team are just fab! I can tell they’ve been as soon as I turn the key in the door, as I’m hit with a fresh smelling home. And then the joy of seeing the beds turned down and bedside lights on ready for the evening. How long have you been in business?
We have been in business now for 3 years, steadily adding new staff as the need for our business has grown over the years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All equipment and cleaning supplies are supplied by ourselves.
We use mainly Method products that we fins are not only Eco Friendly and non toxic but leave a fresh smell and shine!
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction that we are helping our clients to have a lovely fresh clean home to come home to after a long day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many of us both my partner and myself we're working long hours each week and then cleaning at the weekend.
We have 3 boys so this got too much for us at the weekend so in turn employed numerous different cleaners that although were ok, we found we were still having to clean behind them.
After my partner got made redundant for the 2nd time round he decided to go self employed and start a new business, i decided to follow in his footsteps and we created Cleaning Genie.

We take this very seriously and believe that our staff go the extra mile so you don't have to do anything within your home.
We tailor your needs before we preform the clean to make sure you are getting exactly what your looking for within your clean, after all we all have different ideas on what we would like cleaned within our home.

All our services are carried out remotely, however both myself and Nick and can be reached on the phone or via email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always provide the highest level of care, even before Covid came along. The girls all have their own cleans on a weekly schedule so know exact who they are cleaning for. They all wear gloves and a face mask when coming into your home, unfortunately its very difficult to work with a mask on so we request that the client stays in one room while we carry out the clean.
All dirty cloths from the previous cleans that day are to be kept in their car and not brought into your home, this way we keep the level of cross contamination down.

A clean and tidy home with a Cleaning Genie regular cleaning schedule.
We are happy to work with you to develop a bespoke cleaning plan for you and your home.
We can tailor a cleaning plan that can be delivered weekly/bi-weekly to ensure you always come home to a clean home, just the way you would like it!

There is so much to do when you're preparing to move out of the old and/or into the new. With all the other worries you have when preparing for the move, let us take the worry of cleaning the home you are leaving and/or getting the new home ready.
Deep Clean
Every home needs at least one big clean every 6 months and spring is often considered the best time for this.
This requires a 'deep clean' of the often hard to reach places!
A Deep Clean is an excellent choice to refresh your property and clean off the clutter that has built up.
