I have had a weekly cleaning service from Russy and her team for some time now . I work full time and rarely see the cleaner so I need a reliable service with trustworthy cleaners and this is exactly what I get .
The joy of going home on 'cleaning day' to a sparkling home never fades .
On the very rare occasion when there has been a problem this has been dealt with and resolved without fuss or any gap in the cleaning service .

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business trading for almost 16 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Householders supply their own cleaning products, as you know what you like to use, although the cleaner could buy them for you and be refunded, if it is easier for you. The cleaner will use your vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning cloths etc, so that you know they are only used in your own home and no-one else's.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of matching up the cleaner best suited for the job and getting positive feedback from our householders that they are very pleased with our service and our cleaners.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Redundancy initially, but the fact that the female Director had always worked and had difficulty finding a good, reliable, hard-working cleaner inspired the owners to start a domestic cleaning business, to assist others who need more time for other things in life to have a cleaner to do jobs that perhaps they do not like doing, or just no time to do themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
We take pride in finding the best cleaner for the householder's needs. If there are any problems, we are here to speak to and put things right. Our cleaners have 3 interviews with us and have to 'jump though a lot of hoops' before being added to our database of cleaners to be offered work to. We maintain constant contact with our cleaners and give continuity to our householders with support as and when necessary and holiday cover. We offer fully vetted, fully insured and police checked, reliable, friendly and trustworthy cleaners who work hard to keep the householder's home clean and sparkly. All this for a very reasonable price!
Ironing
As a part of our service we offer ironing. Cleaners will arrange this with you, if requested, when we start our regular cleaning service for you.
Changing Beds
Sometimes householders require assistance with making beds and changing bed linen. This would be stated at the start of the service and the cleaner will then discuss with the householder as and when this service is required.
Washing service
Occasionally we are asked if we would put the washing on, and/or put washing on the line. This would be stated at the start of the service and the cleaner will then discuss with the householder as and when this service is required.
Cleaning inside windows
We advise our cleaner to clean windows in one room at a time on a rotating basis, should the householder wish to have their windows regularly cleaned. We do not, however, clean the outside of windows.
Specific cleaning
You, the householder, are in control of what work you wish to be done each time. If you wish to rotate rooms, or deep clean your conservatory or kitchen, or use a steam cleaner for certain areas on an irregular basis, then please do ask the cleaner to do these tasks for you when needed.
