I felt the need to write this review because of how in awe I am at the service provided by Cleaners in West Midlands. My husband and I were struggling to help my mother with the upkeep of her home. She has struggled with OCD all of my life but she was able to clean and potter around herself up until mid last year when her health took a dip. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to take the time required to clean her home to her likeness because of work, the kids and living an hour away. This, as you can imagine, has caused her a lot of stress and discomfort not having the house as she would like it and has affected all of us, especially the kids. The cleaners we had tried were not patient nor professional so it's been a strain and difficult to work through. Thank God for Ethel and Ed! I honestly can't describe the weight that has been lifted off our shoulders since they started cleaning Mum's house on a weekly basis. She's happier, worry free and we get to visit and spend quality time with her instead of working through the lengthy and very specific cleaning to-do list. Absolute stars! More...

I requested the services of Cleaners in West Midlands due to difficulty in keeping up with the housework as I'm getting on a bit. I appreciated Ethel and Edward's attentiveness to my requirements due to my OCD which, I'm very aware of, can be seen as overdramatic. They showed nothing but kindness and excellence in their cleaning and I look forward to not only having a spick and span home all the time but their company when they're here. I've had cleaners who were not as understanding and downright unpleasant about my condition which is why it's taken me so long to get someone who does a good job that I can also trust . We will clean all the classrooms, toilets, halls and offices when the school has closed for the day. We will require access to the school or a representative to meet us to provide the access.
