How long have you been in business?
Cleaners4Homes and Houses (C4H) has been in business since 2010 and operates in the Mid Kent area focusing on a ten mile radius from Maidstone and Ashford.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We need to make sure that the products and all equipment used by our cleaners is both safe and fit for purpose. We know from long experience that many regular customers have their own preferred brands, concentrations, formulas and scents chosen from the increasing variety of available products. C4H is willing to accept and use our client’s own products and equipment. We can recommend and will supply (at extra cost) cleaning materials, products and equipment for regular clients if required. For most spring clean and one-off jobs C4H will supply all necessary materials and equipment.
What do you love most about your job?
We strive to provide a professional service that meets our clients requirements through our attention to detail and high standards of service provision.
Housework is hard work, but done properly it makes a big difference to many people. It can also keep you fit!
Most of our work is for regular clients many of whom really do depend upon C4H for reliable practical help.
For some clients our service is essential for them to remain living independently in their own home. Wherever possible we try to match regular cleaners with regular clients so that our service has an extra personal dimension.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am inspired by my ability and recognition that I can manage services that reward effort and receive positive feedback from my clients. I have more 35 years experience in managing support services in the community.
From experience I know that every home is different and require flexibility to services provided to individual clients. This requires innovation, flexibilty and understanding of clients needs.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a thorough recruitment process in selecting and vetting our cleaners.
We also set up meetings for our clients to meet with cleaners to discuss their requirements before setting a date to start cleaning.
We also make it a point to obtain client feedback to evaluate cleaner's performance and replace a cleaner if and when necessary to ensure a good service for the client.
We provide tailor-made domestic cleaning services including:-
general tidying / cleaning / laundry / ironing / deep cleaning / changing bedding to name just a handful.
In every case we aim to do those jobs that make a real difference to that particular client and their quality of life.
