We use Hot Pure Water from the safety of the ground using a water fed pole. Hot water gives a better clean and pure water naturally evaporates to give a crystal clear finish.

Cleaning System:
We use a Water Fed Pole system – this means we can safely and easily reach windows of heights to 35 ft without the use of ladders. This gives you complete privacy whilst the upstairs windows are being cleaned and reduces the risk of damage to your property and flowerbeds! Using a Water Fed Pole system also means we can safely reach areas difficult for traditional window cleaners using ladders, for example windows above conservatories.

Hot Pure Water
What is Pure Water? Quite simply it is water that has gone through a filtration process to remove the naturally occurring contaminants such as chalk and limescale. This means that that it really is the best water to clean your windows with as they will dry crystal clear without leaving any residue as the evaporation of the water is part of achieving a streak-free shine. Just to improve this further we heat our pure water. Okay it’s not revolutionary, but it is something we are proud of and there are very few window cleaners using this system at the moment. You wouldn’t clean your dishes in cold water so why pay someone to clean your windows using cold water? There’s no need to worry, even in the coldest winter days the temperature of the water will not be hot enough to cause any damage to your windows or frames. We use hot pure water regardless whether its commercial or domestic properties.

6 Weekly Clean
By using Hot Pure Water and the Water Fed Pole system, your windows stay cleaner for longer! This means that it is no longer necessary to have your windows cleaned every 4 weeks and instead we clean them every 6 weeks. This system saves you money over the year as there are fewer cleans and also allows us to clean all year around, unlike some window cleaning companies who disappear throughout the winter months leaving you guessing as to when they may turn up again.

We use a simple and clear price structure, that is fair to all our customers. It allows us more time to concentrate on cleaning windows rather than haggling on pricing.

Payments
Payments can be made by cash or card. Our portable card machines accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as the option of contactless including Apple Pay. If you are not in when we clean your property, we will send an invoice by text or email which gives you instructions how to pay.

Insurance
We are fully insured for both domestic and commercial clients.
