Quote was not very precise. The quality of the cleaning was good, but slow compared to previous cleans. It ended up costing more than agreed and some of the most important areas requiring attention were missed/ignored. Ie kitchen floor.

We don't normally have to re quote a job because all of our terms and conditions are sent when booking, we rely on our clients to tell us what we will be cleaning so we can price accordingly in this case the job was bigger than originally quoted.
