Cleaners will start this week. My initial contact with Agnes was very agreeable and terms and rates were discussed via text message which I do prefer, as there is a black and white email trail of what needs to be done and therefore easily
passed onto to my allocated cleaner. So far very pleased with their professional communication and response times.

How long have you been in business?
I have been in this business for 30 years in Hungary. I started Clean Feeling Ltd in 2013.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
It depends on the customer's needs. Usually we bring a vacuum cleaner and dusters. If required, we also bring vinegar as a natural cleaner.
What do you love most about your job?
As the director of Clean Feeling Ltd, I love contacting our customers, the growing business and that everyday is different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a challenge for me and I love it. I really like British attitude towards our employees.

We are straightforward, reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and organised. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We know that the danger of infection is very high in England again.
We follow the government guidelines closely as the health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority.
We will do our best to prevent the spread of the infection, adhering to all regulations prescribed by the government.
In our work, we use protective gear (mask, gloves) and we use more disinfectants, and we keep protective distance.
We hope we are able to keep the cleanliness of the homes, to helping to avoid the infections
