Hello - We recently purchased a property through the MARVELOUS Clarke Munro - despite several set back (none of which were to do with Clarke Munro) we & them soldiered on and achieved the ultimate goal of our DREAM home.
The staff are most helpful and will go above and beyond all expectations - especially LAURA who had to listen to my worries n my tears over the phone. Her calm and reassuring voice was brilliant as she gave lots of advice.
The day the keys were collected was certainly one to remember as all the staff were cheering and wishing us well

The staff in the Billingham branch were absolutely fantastic with me and my partner when buying our new home. They were always very welcoming and were there to help us whenever we needed some support. * Billingham branch * where do I start! Stacy you have made our whole adventure finding and purchasing our house amazing! Never ever have I felt that crying down a phone to a stranger with happy tears would be made to feel ‘normal' but you did it for me and gave me peace of mind and confidence every step of the way

Your communication throughout has been spectacular from advising me to Supporting me (when the hubby was useless!) love him really!!!! Stacy you clearly have passion for what you do and know the industry and ways of working inside out and upside down
From The moment you told me our offer has been accepted on our dream home to that call to say our keys were with you in branch you felt like somebody I had known forever! You comforted me through the expected wobbles and laughed when things were going smoothly!
You made everything feel that it was ok and in control 100% of the time and I thank you for that. You and I had many conversations about the aspect of lack of control and for me it was the hardest part of adjusting not being in the driver seat all the time. In the same breath this then made me step back more and have the attitude of whatever will be will be- I thank you, we thank you! As I actually calmed and enjoyed waiting for the next instalment each time.
Our dreams have come true. The house is beautiful the journey to get here was great
