A Lithgow
Good company, well staffed. Always attentive with a good management oversight.
What do you love most about your job?
we love putting a smile on our clients faces and understanding that we have been bestowed with so much trust to add value to clients .
we love supporting our clients to live a reasonable and normal life and seeing them integrate into the society in their own way and also making them comfortable in their own homes
What inspired you to start your own business?
I lived and was my dad's main carer for 4years (though he had a care agency that supported him) ,i took a year off work in his end of life stage to commit to his care 100% and afterwards i realised that this job brings me so much joy and and passion.
i got accolades and compliments from all over regarding my show of passion and commitment.
after my dad passed, i took time and reminisced and realised that the care sector had a deep connection with me that brings satisfaction.
Why should our clients choose you?
our recruitment process is beyond recruiting staff that has skills and standard process, but staff with passion wanting to work from the heart.
we evidence this from our competence base interview, this is demonstrated and we can understand body language and response and this gives us that edge of delivering great care
