I don't know how I make so much mess?! My house was a tip, it resembled a prehistoric cave. I tried to clean and stay on top of things but I'm so busy in day to day life it just got left again.
My friend suggested a cleaner and to be fair I thought no way I can have someone in to clean my mess, there are biscuit crumbs in my bed. Long story short Clarity Cleaners were recommended and I booked in a deep clean. They did a top job! They even dusted my dinosaur collection! I've booked again and will keep using them. They are so reliable I can keep my hectic schedule and then relax in my nice clean home.

I was a bit bewildered by the amount of cleaners recommended to me when I asked for recommendations on a local page. From the off Clarity stood out, they told me clear prices, they advised if I'd incur any extra charges as it was my first clean I wanted it to be quite thorough.

Hi Victoria, Thank you for your feedback. It is our standard practice to discuss the needs of customers and obtain details of the property being cleaned in order to prepare a quote. Unfortunately, it isn't practical for us to visit each property to provide estimates but we are always happy to amend time slots if adjustments are needed. I have raised the issues you had with the cleaners we had booked for you. Unfortunately, the ladies were a little late, which can happen when working from property to property as we cannot always predict traffic, road works etc. I understand that when they arrived you sent them away. Regular Cleaning
We offer regular cleaning which could be weekly, bi-weekly or as often as you choose.
This is a very flexible service. We are entirely guided by you, what jobs you need doing and how often.
We usually start by asking what cleaning tasks you dislike the most or struggle to keep on top of the most. We’ll prioritise those areas for you and spend the rest of our time on any other, less urgent, areas.
We charge by the hour and can provide an estimate of how long a full house clean is likely to take based on the size of your home.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our End of Tenancy / Moving Out cleaning is a thorough clean of all areas of the home. The house must be empty for us to complete this.
We follow an agency approved cleaning checklist and offer a 72 hour guarantee. This means if there’s anything that’s not quite right, let us know within 72 hours and we’ll come back and fix it.
This cleaning package gives you the best chance of getting your rental deposit back. Our invoice can be provided to your landlord as proof of a professional clean.
Prices are fixed based on the size of the property.
One-off Deep Clean
A One-off Deep Clean is more thorough than a regular clean and is designed for homes which have maybe not been cleaned for a while and need a good spruce up.
Customers often like to start with a deep clean before moving on to having regular cleaning each week or every other week. Others just like to have a deep clean every now and then to help get them back on track.
We spend more time in each room removing dirt, grime and grease; getting the house cleaned to a high standard which is then easier to maintain.
