Having been a nurse for so many years and I have noticed that there is a chronic shortage of support for those who need help in the community. A lot of people have stayed in hospitals longer than they needed due to a lack of support in the community. I am aware that people do better in their own homes therefore decided to start my own business so as to alleviate the shortage and also to continue to work with people, providing them with the support, care and love they require as they recover. I also noted that there are people people who are already in the communities whose conditions are deteriorating not requiring hospitalisation, but require support in the community but have ended up being hospitalised with acopia which could have been prevented

We are a dedicated team willing to give our very best and make a positive impact on people's lives. We go the extra mile to make sure that our clients are well looked after and are safe. We are regulated by the CQC and we have policies and procedures to guide our practice. All our carers are well trained, knowledgeable and experienced. Our Registered Manager has a Nursing back ground and provides support with care for people with complex needs. She is an all rounder.

We provide adequate and appropriate PPEs and have the latest guidelines on Covid 19 embedded in our policies and procedures. We observe strict infection control guidelines and carry out audits monthly. We also do spot checks covering infection control.
