From the outset Clair was helpful, empathetic and responsive. Although our circumstances changed and Mum ended up back in hospital so care was short lived I found the service to be excellent. Carers were thorough, noted any changes in Mum and raised with us any concerns in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this service. More...
