Firstly I like to thank both Chris and Alana for the great communication from start to finish. Chris came out to do measurements and the same day Alana worked everything out and gave us a list what products to get and where from with a discount code from themselves which included from top tiles and wicks. So saved us even more money. Now my tiles are completed, would like to thank chris for doing a brilliant job from start to finish. Very reliable, and after the work was completed he’s tidy up everything and made sure everything was cleaned before he left. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs jobs that are required. I cannot thank Alana and Chris enough. I contacted them last week after being let down so much over the last 2 months and they were able to fit me in today after a cancellation. They were incredibly friendly and helpful pointing me in the right direction so I could get reasonably priced adhesive and grout etc when I was totally clueless. Chris finished the bathroom floor in a day and was so professional and clean he even tidied up after himself and sanded down the bathroom door so it closed. The fees were so reasonable and it was worth every single penny. I am so happy with the service they provided and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a tiler. Well, where can we start!
Exceptional service and quality of work 😍
Chris and Alana were professional and offered us great advice on the ways the kitchen tiles could be layed.
Chris is approachable and if there were any issues, he dealt with it immediately.
Customer service from start to finish was excellent. Alana kept us updated throughout the whole process.
We would not hesitate to recommend Chris and will definitely be using him again for any future tiling we have.
Its a 10/10 from us, we absolutely love our new tiles, fantastic work.
