I do not trust this company and do not recommend using them.

I paid for an end of tenancy property clean at the end of July 2022. Overall, the property was cleaned to a reasonable standard, but there were some areas that had not been cleaned at all. This included areas that I had specifically checked with the company in advance to make sure that they were covered by the contract.

I sent some photos of the areas covered by the contract that had not been cleaned to a representative of the company and they offered to revisit the property to finish the clean. Unfortunately, I felt unable to take up that offer as I was not confident I could trust the clean would be completed to the required standard and it would have been logistically difficult to arrange for the company to revisit the property during the working week. I therefore agreed with the representative that I would clean the outstanding areas myself and they would provide a partial refund to reflect that fact.

I spent some hours cleaning the areas that had not been cleaned by the company. In early August, I sent photos and videos to the company of all the areas that had been included within the cleaning contract but which I had cleaned and requested a proposal on the amount to be refunded. I have not received a response, despite making further attempts to contact the company by email and text. This is in stark contrast to the swift responses I received from the company before I paid for the cleaning service.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service provided. I do appreciate that mistakes can happen but I do not think it fair or acceptable for a company to take a customer's money, fail to deliver the agreed service and then ignore all attempts by the customer to make good on the breach of contract. I hired CJK deluxe cleaners for end of tenancy cleaning. Cleaning was so rushed and not deep enough to be EOT cleaning. I have received A LOT of MAJOR cleaning notes in the inventory report.

They claim to have 7-days guarantee to come and re-clean. However, that was not the case!!!!!
They threw me under the bus and stopped answering the phone calls and messages to come and re-clean, even though it was during the 7-days guarantee timeframe!!!!!

CJK Deluxe Cleaners had a very good job at my two properties. The end of tenancy professional cleaning at one flat was done meticulously well. Every single corner and hard to reach surfaces were cleaned. They also did an emergency cleaning at another flat which was flooded. Hello Chandima, I am so sorry that you didn't enjoyed the service. As you can see clearly from all our other reviews (not only Bark) we go above and beyond to satisfy all our customers to our best knowledge. Especially me as the companies owner. I've been my self there yesterday with my team to clean your 1 bedroom flat. Arriving there I've explained you straight away that this property in in VERY bad conditions and that there will eb a charge on top if you wish us to clean the property to our standards (filthy,dirty,grease everywhere,food and food residues splashed on walls,a really bad kat urine smell and kat urin in the bathroom and the carpeted areas (which we was supposed to clean). All our customers are made aware of that within the cleaning contract, which says clearly that " The price can increase if we consider that the property is in very bad (rubish,dirty,mouldy,filthy )conditions. This was definitely the case and you know it. We attended the appointment on time,at 12 pm (your husband came to late but never mind ! This can happen) and left your property after 2 hours. The cleaning session has started already and I started to clean the kitchen and the bathroom. As you didn't want to pay anything on top I offered you to clean the kitchen,the bathroom and the carpets within the price you've payed and you agreed to look after the living room and the bedroom, and you was happy with it first. After serveral calls and arguings between you and your husband you decided to not go ahead anymore and cancelled the booking after us beeing there already for 2 hours. Even a parking permit for us was not provided (again all those tasks you need to complete prior your booking were CLEARLY stated in your cleaning contract,not in small letters somewhere where you can't find them ,more clearly marked with lots of !!!! ) so you knew about that and had enough time to sort everything out (more then one week since the booking was made). I dont think that your reaction is fair at all as you didnt mentioned all those thins within your review which you left here. I like to be all time a fair person and do care a lot about custemers satisfaction but in your case there is clearly nothing I can do for you more then what Ive done already. Also the fakt that you immediately have considered to write a bad review (the booking was yesterday) before takimg the time to speak to me shows already what your intention and shows also a lpt about your character as a human being. You can not expect from us to clean your property within the same price we offer other custemers which takes care of there properties as good as they can or just leave a normal amount of dirt behind them once they leave a property. Karolina was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was on time, so friendly and kept in contact before during and after the clean. We had a huge house which was old (and not in brilliant condition after 3 years renting) and it was spotless by the time Karolina left.
