What do you love most about your job?
Reactivity and pace! We work in an industry (letting) that is constantly adjusting and reacting to market change and opportunity. This means we have to think on our feet and make sure we are being fluid with our offering, while still up holding the same standards and values for clients and customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Myself and my business partner met with different views on the market- him an experienced landlord and property owner, and myself a letting agent with a real tenant focus. Debating the importance of client vs customer (landlord vs tenant) keep us daily making sure we are offering the best result for both parties. Changing our approach to a service that focuses on a strong balance for positives for landlord AND tenants alike.
This made us want to launch and build a flexible OpenPlan Agency to meet all needs across the market.
